What is Mercury Product Protection Gold?

Mercury Product Protection (MPP) Gold coverage is a factory-backed extended service plan that covers certain expenses after your Mercury Limited Warranty expires. It covers parts and labor for mechanical failures that are the result of defects in material or workmanship. Additional benefits include:

·    Increased Resale Value. Mercury Product Protection is transferable to subsequent owners, which typically helps to increase the resale value of your engine and boat.

·    Extra Coverage. The Get 5 promotion provides up to five years of total coverage for a Mercury engine (3-year Mercury Limited Warranty + 2-year MPP Gold plan).
